This App help you calculate your Heart Rate Zones that can be used during exercise. This is a simple and easy to use app. You simply input your Age, Gender, Fitness Level and it will calculate your Heart Rate Zones for you. However, if you have your MRHR (Morning Resting Heart Rate), it will greatly improve the precision of your Heart Rate Zones based on the current fitness level of your body.
Instead of using the popular “220 – Age = Maximum Heart Rate” formula, I based my calculation according to the paper named The Surprise History OF THE “HRmax=220-age” Equation by Robert A. Robergs and Roberto Landwehr.
